September 29 Recap: Historic Losses and T2108 Heading for Zero

What can you say after a historic day like today? The indices had some of the worst percentage drops on record today. The Nasdaq 100 was down a whopping 10.5% today, largely thanks to it being heavily weighted to the likes of AAPL (-18%) and GOOG (-11.6%). Much of what I write tonight is going to sound a lot like what I wrote on September 17th. Foreclosures In Wichita KS

As in other communities around the country, foreclosure rates in Kansas have been steadily increasing over the last couple of years. Subprime foreclosure rates in Wichita, although high, didn't show a clear upward trend in 2008 and may signal that the subprime crisis has peaked here.

We still don't know who the coder is, but it seems he or she has started working on adding CPS3 support. This release reportedly includes frame skipping and features CPS3 emulation. You'll need a PSP Slim to run the latter, though. The latest entry on the coder's site mentions some problems with
